March 6, 2011 — My family is a regular diner of do-it-yourself food, so Sizzling Pepper Steak entertains me a lot, which also means the resto will always have a place in my stomach!
What we like most about this restaurant is their unique way of cooking the meat. They use a “patented” hot plate system that allows diners to cook the meat on the spot. Steaks are cooked at just the right temperature, and they are served juicy, tender, and hot.
Here are the steps to savor your pepper steak:
Step 1: Cook the steak on both sides while spreading the butter on top.
Step 2: Mix it! Put the meat on top of the rice and mix it. The rice is a delectable combination of garlic butter, roasted pepper and teriyaki sauce in the middle of the plate.
Step 3: Be generous with your sauce as your taste allows, a choice of teriyaki sauce or sizzling steak sauce.
-
Beef Pepper Rice ₱135.00
The steak on top of the patented hot plate looks appetizing and I liked the way it was served a little raw so that you enjoy the meat at the moment it is cooked.

-
I was bit hungry that time (not bit but actually was) so I personally ordered: Beef Pepper Rice Overload ₱295.00
It’s served with thinly sliced beef, seasoned with cracked pepper, garlic butter with teriyaki sauce, double the serving!

-
Teriyaki Chicken Steak ₱190.00
Juicy chicken steak in teriyaki sauce

-
For desert we had Yogato and Turtle Cheesecake

For this Turtle Cheescake ₱185.00 = SWEET! Too much caramel but leveled with almonds and cocoa powder. Real good.

-
I would suggest that you try out Sizzling Pepper Steak! It’s more likely Pepper Lunch, cook-your-own-food that’s cheaper without sacrificing the flavor.

And one more thing: they have a cool ordering system where you’ll be given an order sheet and you’ll be given the chance to mark your orders! Once ready, just flip the Stop/Moooove sign and a staff will approach you. You can also flip these when you need to call the attention of the staff! Cool!
